It is important to drink it 30 minutes before eating breakfast, on an empty stomach.

Because honey is good for your body’s digestive function, a teaspoon should be consumed after eating, especially when you eat too much.

A healthy weight-loss program should reduce the daily calorie intake and focus on how to burn additional calories through physical exercise.
